Kronii sighed sadly as the person before her breathed their last, the light in their eyes giving way to cold darkness as their body slumped to the ground. She knelt down, first closing their eyelids, then pulling the shorter of her two swords from their torso as she rose back into a standing position.

“I’m sorry Casualronii, but I had no other choice.”
